Our focus at InfoComm MEA will be firmly on integration in hardware, processes and how d3 comfortably sits at the heart of any production or installation. d3’s display will demonstrate all stages of an installation workflow from start to finish, beginning with the design stage in d3’s real-time 3D stage simulator, using their software-only product d3 Designer. A wall display will show how you can connect an infinite variety of devices depending on the requirements of your project. The third stage, the delivery, is presented with an interactive 3D model controlled through one of d3’s powerful media servers.

Since r14, d3 now comes with Device Recording, 13 Notch effects and Multi Transports. At InfoComm MEA, we will show you how Device Recording gives users a whole new level of power when creating performance responsive content, by allowing external device signals to be recorded and played back on the d3’s timeline. We shall also demonstrate Notch real-time generative effects playback, which has introduced a new era for content and effects creators, and has been used on projects such as the Sigur Ros World tour. Our latest feature, Multi Transports, enables d3 users to have multiple timelines running simultaneously, giving the user new show control methods for complex projects.

Multi Transports has been introduced in r14.1.
