As we are rapidly expanding our global network of customers, we are looking for an Operations & Finance Support Analyst to to help us manage our manufacturing, stock control and internal processes to support this. Working closely with the Finance Team and the VP of Operations in the USA, this role will be key to improving our resourcing, delivery and care of the d3 hardware range.
The role will be based in London, but some travel will be required.
•Assist in demand planning for all product ranges.
•Allocate stock around the globe for regions in terms of priorities, in conjunction with the VP of Operations.
•Oversee work orders globally in NetSuite
•Keep records for the Development, Demo & Support machines
•Organise and track intercompany transfers between APAC, EMEA & Americas.
•Work with the Admin’s in each region to track demo stock
•Pick, pack, ship & commercial paperwork for EMEA sales
•Purchase order and receipting process
•Analysis of inventory and sales trends
•Maintaining pricing catalogues
•Knowledge of inventory control
•Continuous Process improvements on purchase to pay cycle
•Assist Finance Director and Finance Manager in closing the month
•Providing sales teams with conclusive data to aid decision making
•Provide detailed insight resulting in critical business decisions
•Assist Finance Director with the final stages of go-live for NetSuite
•Establish procedures for RMA and Loan, equipment
•Oversee global RMA process for each region and provide consistent process globally
•Oversee the RMA process to HQ and work with the team to cover administration
Logistics and Shipping
•Collect all shipping documents to ensure we have them for audit purposes
•EMEA logistics for shipments from the UK to customers within EMEA
•Assist in creation of process for Warehouse in Germany
•Additional reporting requirements from Sales, Finance, Operations
•Gathering, cleaning and processing data

This person would be pushing our innovative brand into new market verticals in Scandinavia and Germany initially, with Poland & Switzerland following at a later stage.
They would champion our growing range of products helping us expand into new verticals (film,TV, broadcast, architectural etc) while strengthening relationships with our existing client base and d3 users and working with the existing EMEA team.
EMEA Sales Manager
● Increase brand awareness and market reach in key verticals
● Sales via a reseller/direct/partner across Scandinavia, Germany, Poland and Switzerland
● Working with our reseller/partners to increase d3’s presence in the Scandinavian,
German, Polish and Swiss markets
● Track and follow up on all sales leads generated from all sources, regardless of who is actually leading the sales effort
● Develop relationships with designers, producers, and stagers, as well as other
influencers to close sales and create a d3 “tribe”
● Produce accurate forecasts for sales of products and services monthly
● Provide demo’s for partners, resellers and new customers
● Work with the EMEA Sales Admin to process quotes, orders, invoicing and delivery of goods to customers
● Manage expense budgets to control expenditures

● Work with the marketing team & HOD to generate interest and knowledge of the brand across Scandinavia, Germany, Poland and Switzerland.

As Product Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for all d3 software and hardware related marketing.
•Help deliver marketing materials and campaigns for d3 software and hardware products across print and digital channels, such as website, email communications, print brochures and event collateral.
•Responsible for working with the Training, Support and Development teams to create product specific content with a technical focus such as white papers, best practice guides etc, in line with d3’s communications strategy.
•Responsible for creating and maintaining product related sales materials to support the regional sales team including: sales presentation content, specification & comparison sheets, pricing and hardware manuals.
•Responsible for working with product and development teams managing the beta software release programme
•Responsible for developing go-to-market plans and developing launch packages for new products in existing and new markets.
•Ensure key messages and branding is maintained throughout all product communication channels from other d3 offices and external partners.
